At Madera Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted piece. If your ring isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Madera Band in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned item for quality assurance and process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
