How do I determine my correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement or ordering our reusable ring sizer. Since our wood-inlay bands cannot be resized, getting an accurate measurement is essential.
Are Madera Bands waterproof?
Our rings are water-resistant and protected by a durable resin coating. While they can withstand hand washing, we recommend removing them before swimming in saltwater or using harsh cleaning chemicals to preserve the wood's natural luster.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day exchange policy for unworn rings. If your band doesn't fit perfectly, you can exchange it for a different size. Please note that custom-engraved items are final sale.
What materials are used in your bands?
We use premium sustainable hardwoods, such as Koa and Whiskey Barrel oak, paired with high-grade metals like Tungsten Carbide and Titanium to ensure both beauty and durability.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Madera Band comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural integrity but does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
